Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NeetQuant (the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The Service

NeetQuant provides educational content and tools for quantitative-finance interview preparation, including a question bank, firm-specific tracks, timed practice simulators, and progress analytics. Content is provided for educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, or career advice, and it does not guarantee any interview, assessment, or employment outcome. Firm and company names are used solely to describe the style and subject matter of publicly discussed interview questions and do not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those firms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may stop using the Service at any time.

4. Subscriptions and billing

The Service offers a free plan and paid (“Premium”) plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; when you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed thereafter.

Fees are stated at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan features or pricing prospectively; we will give notice of material changes, and changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: scrape, copy, or redistribute content; share, resell, or provide unauthorized access to your account or to paid content; attempt to circumvent access controls, paywalls, or rate limits; reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its content - including questions, solutions, drills, text, and design - are owned by NeetQuant or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own interview preparation. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as scratch work or answers).

7. Third-party services

We use third-party services to operate the Service, including payment processing (Stripe). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party’s own terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeetQuant and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to it or to other users. You may stop using the Service and request closure of your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision above, and material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your place of residence.
